Courtney Molina

I first met Courtney Molina at a fundraiser and remarked at how much energy she had. Seriously, Courtney is one of those people who really listens to you, focuses on what you’re saying, and makes sure you know you’re heard. It’s like talking to a sister or a best friend. But not only does she listen to her clients, she makes sure they are treated in the best way possible, walking them through every step of one of the biggest financial transactions of their lives like she would with her own family. It’s no wonder that, after her first year with Ebby Halliday Realtors Lakewood office, she’s growing her referrals like gangbusters.

Her approach to business is not at all unlike how Jeff Lindigrin of Great Western Home Loans works. Lindigrin is also active in the community, taking time to listen to clients and referral partners, focusing on what they have to say, and making sure they know they are heard. What has your lender done for you lately? Find out what you’re missing by contacting Jeff Lindigrin with Great Western Home Loans today.

The big real estate news in town is that Dave Perry Miller, the high end luxury boutique firm with those regal blue and gold signs all over town, has a new manager of the Preston Center office. Her name is Gaynelle Henger, and she’s replacing Bud Bush at Dave Perry-Miller’s outpost in Preston Hollow, as he is moving to Ebby’s corporate office to analyze finances for DPM.

Bush has worked with Dave Perry-Miller for almost eight years, when Dave Perry-Miller sold the luxury boutique firm he built from the ground up to Ebby Halliday. Gaynelle comes to the table as a top producing agent at Ebby Halliday. But of course there was much more to the story than meets the eye, as Dave delighted in telling his office. (more…)

keith-little-white-house-1pp-3-600xx2741-1827-4-0The only thing constant in life is change, and there is no other industry more full of change than the real estate biz. Realtors and brokers constantly have to keep up with changes — rules, laws, technology, trends, marketing, along with people and leaders. News comes from Ebby’s corporate office that Keith Newman has been named the new sales manager of the prize Preston Center Ebby office at the corner of Northwest Highway and Preston Road in Dallas, affectionately called Ebby’s Little White House. Don Davis was the office manager for five years and has apparently retired. The “Little White House” is so named because of it’s historical significance and location right next to the personal residence of Ebby Halliday herself.

Ebby’s “Little White House” was also the town hall of the Village of Preston Hollow, before it was incorporated into the City of Dallas to ensure the area’s water supply.

Who is this dashing Keith Newman? He has extensive real estate experience, as well as a desire to assist other “Little White House” agents in taking their career to the next level, according to Ebby Halliday President and CEO Mary Frances Burleson. Which is generally what real estate office managers are all about: they smooth over transactional bumps and inspire as well as mentor agents.
