Well, take a gander at this house at 2706 N. Hancock Ave. Lots of room (1,909 square feet, to be exact), but at $135,000, you can easily afford to put in the HVAC it needs, as well as the updates. It’s also been on the market for almost two months, and hasn’t had a price reduction since the end of November.
