Odessa Rental Boasts Two Living Areas, Ample Space for Everyone

This Odessa rental has plenty of space for a family – or for entertaining and is still a relative bargain. It is listed by Rhonda Cooper with Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Cooper Realty.

This week’s Odessa rental home features plenty of living space for a family, and great upgrades, all for a monthly rate that is still a relative bargain.

This home at 3727 Amherst Ave., is a three-bedroom, two-bath home with a metal roof and new interior paint. The front yard has been well-maintained, and the lot has a fair amount of mature trees to provide lots of shade.

The flooring is a combination of carpet and tile, both of which appear to be clean and practically new.

The home has two living areas, a large kitchen that opens to a large family room and dining area. The family room also has a wood-burning fireplace.

The master bedroom has his and her closets and is generously sized as well. The main bathroom has a jetted tub, which means that even guests can take advantage of a nice soak.

As an added bonus, listing agent Rhonda Cooper with Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Cooper Realty says that there is also ample storage in the attic.

This Odessa rental is $2,000 per month.

According to ApartmentList.com’s September rent report, median rents for Odessa apartments are $900 for a one bedroom and $1,110 for a two-bedroom. This makes this spacious three-bedroom rental home a pretty good bargain.

Odessa rental rates have increased by more than 1.6 percent since August, and by 8.6 percent since this time last year. It’s the ninth straight month of rental increases. Odessa’s year-over-year rental rate increase is above both the state average of 1.5 percent and the national average of 3 percent.
